Traveling to Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan’s economy has been growing quickly in the last few years making it an exciting destination for businesspersons, as well as students and investors. With a vibrant local culture and beautiful landscape, it is also an attractive and well-organized tourist destination.

Many nationalities are eligible to enter Uzbekistan for up to 30 days visa-free. If they wish to stay longer than 30 days, they must obtain an entry visa. All other foreign nationals and stateless individuals must have an entry visa to travel to Uzbekistan. Visas can be obtained for a variety of lengths of stay from seven (7) days up to one (1) year.

The validity of an Uzbekistan visa will depend on the duration of stay permitted by the visa type and the number of entries. Travelers can select the visa type with the duration of stay that best suits their needs and purpose of travel.
